Delivery charges will be calculated on checkout based on your location.
Our delivery is normally 2 to 5 working days from placing order. Fuel will be delivered by a nationwide distribution company using a vehicle with a tail lift. The pallet is then transported on a pallet truck to your property entrance, if your property entrance is suitable for the pallet truck to run on the driver will put pallet on your property. The pallet truck will only run on hard, level ground. Surfaces such as gravel, grass and other soft surfaces are not suitable. So the best we can offer is kerbside delivery only.
The driver is not responsible for handling any of the bags. From where the pallet is dropped will then be you’re responsible.
Please be aware that the delivery Lorries are generally 18 tonne vehicles.
Please be sure that the lorry has access to the entrance of your property; If you have any vehicle access restrictions or issues that may prevent us from safely delivering your order (e.g. tight bends or narrow roads), you must inform us when ordering. A charge may be made to you for non-delivery or re-delivery of your order. If you have any concerns about access please call our team (01507 466211).
Pallets will contain either 10 x 25kg, 20 x 25kg, 40 x 25kg, 25 x 20kg or 50 x 20kg sealed plastic bags. Mixed pallets of fuel can be supplied if required (please state when ordering). The pallets are non-returnable.
Please note: To use fuel that is not an approved smokeless fuel in smoke controlled areas is an offence.
